Product Description

TAIZ  The two line one hard gantry machining center series is mainly used for the mechanical processing of various large workpieces such as power generation, heavy machinery, locomotives, machine tools, textile machinery, printing machinery, automotive cover molds, etc. After one clamping, the workpiece can continuously complete various processes such as milling, boring, drilling, reaming, and rigid tapping with high precision and efficiency, adapting to the most challenging mechanical processing requirements of various industries

1. Large A-Shaped column, X.Y.Z axis fast moving 48m/min, acceleration up to 1g.

Guide: 
CNC machine Imported for three axes High-precision straight line guide 30/30/30 Wakoju, screw 28/28/28, abrasion resistance, small coefficient of friction, comparatively high localization precision degree of activity, dynamic and normal special points.

Spindle:
Using imported Taiwan-made 2000ORPM or 24000RPM ceramic directspindle, which adopts Japan's top P4NSK bearing, and achieves high speed without cold oil. It characterized by low noise, high precision and high efficiency.

Feed system:
The feed system of our CNC tools adopts a linear ball guide rail, which can achieve precise and rapid movement and positioning, while increasing the wear resistance of the moving parts of the machine tool, enhancing impact resistance, and improving the service life of the machine tool.

Ball screw:
The ball screw bearing is an imported specialized screw bearing, greatly improving the axial rigidity, accuracy, and impact resistance of the feed shaft. The ball screw and AC servo motor shaft adopt imported couplings for seamless direct transmission, ensuring accurate positioning of mechanical movement.

CNC control system:
The CNC system and drive unit are mature products of well-known brands:Japan Mitsubishi M80b ; PLC has been applied for many years, ensuring safety and reliability; Machine tool electrical equipment Jijingdang, process specifications, and electrical appliances are all European brands, with low faults and durability.
