TAIZ  high-speed drilling and tapping machining center series products are developed based on the most popular and advanced international flexible machine tool design concept, with the main purpose of adding

Drilling and tapping processes for non-ferrous metals, 3C industry, aluminum substrate, etc. It can achieve drilling and milling processing, with fast movement speed and high spindle speed. The efficiency and quality of drilling and tapping are more than 10 times that of ordinary machining centers, making them the most ideal for customers in industries such as 3C and communication industrial equipment.

Mechanical Properties
1. Large A-Shaped column, X.Y.Z axis fast moving 48m/min, acceleration up to 1g.
2. High rigidity and high speed tapping, maximin specification M16(Aluminum).
3. Back row chip with strong chip washing device, clearing without stopping.
4. Improved clip arm tool changingmechanism, (Tnt1) tool changing time 1.2s.
5. All main parts are cast by new resin sand, high tension and high specification of Hanna cast iron, to ensure the machine can maintain the best accuracy for a long time.

Spindle:

1. Using imported Taiwan-made 2000ORPM or 24000RPM ceramic direct spindle, which adopts Japan's top P4NSK bearing, and achieves high speed without cold oil. It characterized by low noise, high precision and high efficiency.
2. The spindle set is manufactured in Taiwan, with high precision and high performance.
3. The spindle grasping tool is closely matched with the spindle taper hole to realize the grasping tool
4. The spindle does not need to increase the oil cooler, but also can make the spindle temperature is always around 35°C, to ensure the life and accuracy of the spindle.

Guide and Ball screw:

1. In order to ensure the rigidity and durability of the machine, the ball screw and linear slide used in Taijing Mechanical drilling and tapping machining center series are more than 1.28 times larger than the same industry, so that your use is more assured and the machine life is longer.

Feed system:

The feed system adopts a linear ball guide rail, which can achieve precise and rapid movement and positioning, while increasing the wear resistance of the moving parts of the machine tool, enhancing impact resistance, and improving the service life of the machine tool.
