2. The bed and its main components are made of high-quality Yunnan cast iron with high specifications and advanced resin sand casting process.
3. The key structural parts of the machine tool are processed by large imported high-precision CNC equipment such as pentahedral machining center and gantry guideway grinding.
4. Using imported high-precision spindle bearings, the main transmission system adopts Japan Mitsubishi servo motor, which is directly connected to the spindle through the coupling to ensure the rigid tapping and high speed and low noise of the spindle.
5. The system adopts ball linear guide rails.
